The WPG-350 is not just easy to use, it has other great features, as well. It is fully compatible with both Windows (XP and Vista) and Mac operating systems and features WiFi protected setup for secure configuration. My ViewSonic 19" died 12/10/09, it had gone out of warenty on 11/23/09. Go figure. ViewSonic had sent me this reply: I hope that the above information will be helpful in addressing your concerns. If the resolution given may not resolved your issue, it is possible that the problem is hardware related which requires to service the unit. Based on your serial number QFP063402672, it appears that your unit is already out of warranty and ended last 11/23/2009.
